Pipe Thermal Expansion

Dears,

I have used ASME 31.3 Code which the thermal expansion start at 20C as zero expansion, but when I calculate py Start Prof I found that the Zero point at 0C.
Is there any setting to modify it?

Yes, sure. You can modify it in project settings:
